In order to become a Firefighter, you must gain the necessary Education, Training and Experience first. By participating in a Fire Department “ride-along”, enrolling in a CPR/First Responder course, applying for a Volunteer Fire Department and engaging in some type of volunteer work, you will be taking some important first steps in the right direction.
